Our practice includes hundreds of cases in the areas of complex environmental and toxic tort, construction/labor law, products liability, premises, automobile/no-fault, livery, trucking, dram shop, general liability, municipal law and coverage matters.
Our firm consists of three partners and thirteen associates. All are very experienced attorneys who collectively have tried hundreds of complex cases to verdict. All of our lawyers have ten or more years experience in civil litigation.
A significant portion of our practice consists of the defense of premises lawsuits. Our firm currently represents numerous landlords and property owners throughout the City of New York in the defense of cases involving slip and falls, lead paint, lack of security, snow and ice, and mold/toxic tort through programs with Greenwich Insurance Company, Cambridge Integrated Services, St. Paul’s Travelers and Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. among many others. In addition, through a program with Claremont Specialty Managers, Ltd., we represent numerous high-end Cooperative Housing Corporations in cases including improper maintenance, trip and falls, falling objects, water damage and others.
